• Effectiveness - must be reached by a commercial pilot; for recreational pilots, according to Kern - the ability to handle cross-country flying in a variety of weather conditions, for example.
  We could add a basic aerobatic endorsement, recovery from extreme unusual attitudes and a tail-wheel endorsement as alternative criteria - these should be the objectives of Ozaeros Community members.

• Efficiency - continue to study, practice and think; the art of flying begins here - a major stepping stone to mastery. Ozaeros Community members pick up objectives related to competition aerobatics and operation of advanced aerobatic aircraft.

• Precision - approaching perfection - the inner art of airmanship! Time when Ozaeros Community mentors are able to help the rest of us.
